The burn system should never depend on hype or an after-the-fact decision. Every eligible mission gets a public record before the outcome is known.

Success testA narrow objective condition written before the mission resolves.
Official evidenceResolution based on the operator or agency's official mission reporting.
Burn transactionThe scheduled amount is transferred to the DNRG issuer and permanently destroyed.
